Corrections


On page 106 of A Baker's Field Guide to Holiday Candy and Confections, the photo of the Spider Webs candies is misleading. The amount of ingredients is correct, but you must make many, many more "webs" with the white chocolate for the candy to hold together. Simply keep going round and round with the melted chocolate, building up the web so that it is more solid. It is fine if some of the webs criss-cross.

It was brought to my attention that the Cream Cheese Poinsettia Cookies on page 56 of A Baker’s Field Guide to Christmas Cookies contains a mistake. The flour amount is listed as 1/2-cup. It should be 2 1/2-cups. I hope this has not caused anyone any problems and we will correct it in future printings.
